Ciao!
I’m Gloria Perrone. I was born in Puglia and I’m currently living and working in Milan.
I began my educational path by enrolling at the Brera Academy of fine arts in Milan, where I obtained my bachelor’s degree. During this time I developed a strong interest in working with various materials, hands-on skills in decorative techniques, a natural inclination toward experimentation, and a sensitivity to the visual arts.
I continued my studies at CFP Bauer with a two-year program in Photography and New Languages. Currently I’m exploring the photographic language and its intersections with other media, with a particular focus on the photobook as a narrative object and a space for design.
I’m building my own language step by step, through research, experimentation, and a desire for dialogue; I’m interested in multidisciplinary approaches and collaborative environments, where different points of view can meet and grow together. More broadly, I’m into anything layered, well-structured, and centered around the idea of “project.”
This website is a space where I gather traces, experiments, and thoughts in progress.
